You will work on equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory, collaborating with Partners and senior practitioners on headline deals.We seek 2–5 years post‐admission in corporate law, with knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and a cooperative approach to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
