About You
You will:
Be a genuine people leader who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting colleagues to succeed.
Understand that our guests and colleagues are our greatest priority and consistently place people at the centre of decision‐making.
Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and leaders through open communication and collaboration.
Foster a positive, inclusive and high‐performing team culture.
Have previous supervisory or senior food and beverage experience in a premium restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
Possess strong food, beverage and service knowledge.
Have a passion for wine, with wine knowledge highly regarded.
Experience with wine service and food pairing will be advantageous.
Be confident coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
Hold a current NSW RSA.
About the Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will:
Lead front‐of‐house service and provide hands‐on support during service periods.
Supervise, motivate and develop a team of waiters and bartenders.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalised service.
Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Assist with staff training, coaching and performance development.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance.
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support rostering,



stock control and operational administration as required.
