Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia's highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in **** and positioned for significant long-term growth.This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than80% of the site's power requirements through renewable energy sources.About the RoleAs part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivatedUnderground Magazine Keepersto join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 or ***** FIFO roster.
These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Receive, store, and secure explosives and detonators in licensed magazinesin accordance withregulatory and site safety requirementsIssue explosives and blasting accessories to authorised personnel whilemaintainingaccuraterecords and inventory logsConduct routine inspections of magazines to ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental standardsMonitor stock levels and coordinate orders tomaintainadequate supply for blasting operationsEnsure correct segregation, handling, and transport of explosives and detonatorsMaintain detailed documentation, including explosive usage, stock reconciliation, and regulatory reportingWork closely with shotfirers, supervisors,



and the mining team to support safe and productive blasting operationsPreviousexperience workingin a similar role within the mining industryExplosives security clearance & Dangerous goods cardDemonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to site proceduresRelevant operating tickets and licencesAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentAbility to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)What Can We Offer You?
