At Super Steel Australia, we believe attitude is far more important than experience.Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehousing, trades, or you're simply looking for a fresh career, we'd love to hear from you.If you're reliable, eager to learn and enjoy working with people, we'll teach you everything you need to know—from steel products and quoting through to customer service, sales and our business systems.We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, and we'll invest the time to help you succeed.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting our Internal Sales and Warehouse teams.Every day is different, and you'll gain valuable experience while learning about the steel industry from experienced professionals.Your responsibilities will include:Serving customers at our busy trade counterAnswering customer enquiries by phone and emailPreparing quotations and processing sales ordersAssisting customers in selecting the right productsBuilding strong relationships with new and existing customersCoordinating customer pickups with our warehouse teamFollowing up customer quotations and enquiriesOperating EFTPOS and cash transactionsBalancing the cash registerMaintaining customer records and completing sales administrationAssisting with stock enquiries and warehouse communicationLearning about steel products, fabrication services and estimatingMaintaining a clean, qualified trade counter and showroomSupporting other departments where requiredFollowing company procedures and workplace health and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience isn't essential.
