We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our residential construction team at Kev Morris Builder Pty Ltd in Toowoomba, QLD.
As Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of our residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This is a full-time position based in Toowoomba.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and supervision of trades and subcontractors
Ensuring projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Monitoring progress and quality of work, and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner
Communicating regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns
Assisting with the development and implementation of project schedules
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient work practices
Providing mentorship and training to junior site staff to develop their skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Foreman in the residential construction industry




Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Relevant construction qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent
