and execute a diverse calendar of engaging social events, activities, and bus outings.Work closely with residents to understand their interests and tailor activities to bring them joy.Create a vibrant community atmosphere where residents can connect, socialise, and thrive.Collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager and care team to ensure activities support residents' overall wellbeing.Build relationships with volunteers and local community groups to enhance our activity offerings.What You'll Need:A passion for event planning, social activities, or community work (aged care experience a plus, but not essential).
