As provider of roadside assistance and vehicle support services, we take pride in delivering fast, reliable, and compassionate help when it's needed most.With a solid team culture, state-of-the-art systems, and a customer-first approach, we're expanding our technician crew in Sydney to keep up with growing demand.The RoleAs a Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll be the friendly face and expert hands helping motorists get back on the road.
You'll respond to callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues onsite.




Full time and weekend shifts available.Daily duties include:Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside calloutsJump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, fuel top-ups, and lockout supportDiagnosing vehicle faults and advising on next stepsProviding exceptional customer service in often stressful situationsAccurately reporting service outcomes and maintaining stock and toolsAbout YouWe're looking for reliable, practical people who thrive in the field and love helping others.Automotive mechanical and or Roadside Assistance experienceCurrent valid driver's licence (manual licence highly regarded)Great communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with a calm, professional demeanor
