Averro is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lending Manager to join our growing team.

As a Lending Manager, you'll manage the home loan process from enquiry through to settlement while delivering exceptional service and tailored lending solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, from initial client consultation through to settlement.
Assess clients' financial circumstances and recommend suitable lending solutions.
Guide clients throughout the lending journey, providing timely updates and professional advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams to ensure smooth application progress.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship management.
Ensure all lending activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
What we're looking for
1+ years' experience in mortgage broking, lending, banking, or financial services is preferred; however,



comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of the Australian mortgage industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
