We are currently seeking Experienced Diamond Drillers for Australia wide based projects in Victoria, Queensland and NSW.Candidates must have valid Australian work authorisation or an acceptable work visa to be eligible for this position.We welcome and encourage Women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.FIFO from all capital cities including New Zealand.It is highly regarded for all interested Candidates to have some or all of the following to be considered for this Australian based position:Experience working on Diamond Drill Rig UDR **** HC or similar.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in diamond drilling operations is required.Must be able to produce a clear drug and alcohol screen.Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical.Cert III in Mineral DrillingMust be a good communicator.Senior First AidMust be able to pass a National Police ClearancePhysically fit and prepared for all drilling operation tasks.A high level of respect for safety4x4 driver training highly regarded.Working at heights qualifications highly regardedFire extinguishing training highly regarded.Essential requirements for this role include diamond rig experience, ability to pass a National Police Clearance,



and successful completion of medical and drug screening.The key functions of Driller role includeHealth, safety and wellbeing of the drill crew and any visitors to the drill siteLeadership and direction of the drill crewCorrect set up and operation of the drill rigMaintenance of the drill site and associated equipment to the required standardTraining and development of self and crew membersEnsure that Pre-start checks, and safety inspections are completed to required standards.Ensure that servicing and maintenance of drill rig and auxiliary equipment is performed to the required standard.Ensure that hole plans are read/understood, and the drill rig is correctly set-up and authority gained (where required) to commence drilling.Rig operation complies with all company and client policy/procedures.Ensure core recovered is complete, clean, accurate and clearly marked upEnsure drill site is always maintained to required standards through housekeeping and regular inspections.Effectively communicate as required by company and client.
