We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team and play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly and efficient service.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team.
You will ensure customer expectations are exceeded while helping to drive workshop productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Understanding customer concerns and accurately documenting service requirements
Providing service recommendations and advising on maintenance needs
Coordinating vehicle repairs with technicians and workshop staff
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
Preparing quotations, invoices and service documentation
Delivering vehicles back to customers with exceptional customer care
Building strong relationships that encourage repeat business
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills




Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
A professional and positive attitude
High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Experience using dealership management systems will be highly regarded
A current and valid driver's licence
Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and enjoy working as part of a cooperative team.
