We work closely with multiple facility management providers, supporting commercial, retail, education, and industrial portfolios.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee building and maintenance projects for our regular client base.About the roleAs a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of building, maintenance, and facilities-related projects.
You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.This role suits someone who enjoys managing multiple projects concurrently, values long-term client relationships, and understands the operational demands of facilities and maintenance environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial building, maintenance, and FM projects from planning through to completionCoordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsDevelop project scopes, programs,
