Site Manager- Commercial Construction

Lead quality projects. Build exceptional teams. Our client is an award-winning commercial builder delivering refurbishments, fit-outs and current build projects across the education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, community and government sectors.

With a strong pipeline of work across Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager with an extensive carpentry background to lead projects valued from $1M to $20M+.

The role

You'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

You'll be responsible for:
Leading site teams and subcontractors
Coordinating day-to-day construction activities




Managing safety, quality and project programs
Working closely with clients, consultants and project managers
Delivering quality outcomes across live and occupied sites

You'll bring:
Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
Extensive commercial carpentry experience
Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
A proven background delivering commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and new builds
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
White Card and current Driver Licence
