Tom's Tavern is growing its Front of House team, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused hospitality professionals to join us.

Food & Beverage Attendants
Bar Attendants / Bartenders
Bistro & Restaurant Team Members
Food Runners
Glassies

We're also looking for experienced Level 3 all-rounders who are confident working across both the bistro and bar while supporting the wider Front of House team.

About the Role

As part of the Front of House team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. From delivering exceptional table service and preparing beverages to supporting our Sports Bar and Bistro operations, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills




Strong bar and bistro experience highly regarded
Experienced all-rounders for Level 3 roles
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced hospitality workplace
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Weekend and evening availability
Current QLD RSA required
