About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations, ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading electrical projects, maintenance, and service operations
Managing, mentoring, and developing technicians and subcontractors
Coordinating scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
Monitoring project performance, budgets, and operational outcomes
Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, legislation, and company policies
Driving continuous improvement across operational systems and processes




Building and maintaining strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships

About You

The successful candidate will have:
A-Grade Electrical Licence or equivalent industry experience
3–5 years' experience in an electrical operations or management role
Robust knowledge of Australian Standards and compliance requirements
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project performance
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Current Australian Driver's Licence
