We're looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our workshop team in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. This permanent opportunity offers stable Monday to Friday work, great earning potential with optional overtime, and the chance to work on a diverse range of heavy mobile equipment while remaining close to home.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
G6 welding test highly desirable
Previous workshop experience in fabrication and repairs
Experience working on heavy mobile equipment (highly regarded)
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
The ability to work effectively within a team and meet production deadlines

About the Role

As part of our experienced workshop maintenance team, you'll be responsible for the repair, fabrication and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment and associated components.

Your responsibilities will include:
Fabrication and repair work across a variety of heavy mining equipment
Carrying out hazardous hot work, confined space and working at heights tasks safely
Completing planned maintenance and repairs within scheduled timeframes and budgets
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to practical solutions
Maintaining high standards of workmanship while promoting a robust safety culture
