Minimum 3 years’ full time experience as a cook
Certificate cook or hospitality or equivalent experience
Experience cook and kitchen methods
Ability to follow recipes and work independently under pressure
Knowledge of food safety standards and workplace hygiene
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays if required
