Element Shopfitting & Construction is looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects across Australia.

Key Duties:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project delivery
Support senior PMs with budgets, variations, and reporting
Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors
Help manage contracts, compliance, and documentation
Attend site visits and progress meetings
Support close-out and handover processes

What We're Looking For:
1–3 years' experience in construction project management or admin, ideally in fit-out or commercial construction
Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Building, or similar)



preferred
Knowledge of QBCC contracts or similar
Confidence using project software like Buildxact Microsoft office , google sheets etc. (or willing to learn)
Solid organisational and communication skills
Eager to learn and grow into a senior PM role
