Our client is seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Coordinator to join their growing manufacturing business in a senior, business-critical position.
Working closely with the Director, Operations Manager and Customer Service Team, you'll oversee the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business while ensuring payroll, office operations and internal processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing.
Oversee daily administrative operations.
Support finance and accounting functions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Coordinate office administration and provide operational support across the business.
Work closely with senior management to improve systems and business processes.
Assist with reporting, documentation and general business administration.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an end-to-end payroll position.




Strong administration and organisational skills.
Accounting or bookkeeping background highly regarded.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
Experience using payroll and accounting software.
