Female Disability Support Workers | Immediate Start | North Brisbane

Salt Human Services is seeking compassionate, reliable and proactive Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting a range of participants across Brisbane's northside.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone looking for consistent ongoing work across a variety of participants, including:
Children with ASD and ADHD.
Adults with intellectual disability.
Participants living with psychosocial disabilities, including schizophrenia.

We're looking for support workers who are patient, engaging, confident working independently, and passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. Experience supporting participants with autism, mental health, behaviours of concern, or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Current shifts available include:
Monday to Friday morning shifts (7:30am–9:30am)
Monday to Friday afternoon shifts (2:30pm–5:30pm)




Wednesday daytime shifts (10:00am–2:00pm)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts ranging from 4–6 hours
Prospects to build additional hours with other North Brisbane participants

To be successful you will have:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
