The Role
Prepare estimates and government procurement tenders.
Manage projects budgets and cost reporting.
Analyse subcontractor and suppliers quotations
Develop construction methodologies and support early contractor engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

About You
Minimum 5 years estimating or quantity surveying experience with commercial or industrial builder.




Experience with costX, Microsoft project or similar software.
Robust Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Existing subcontractor networks in southeast Queensland highly regarded.
Personable, relationship-focused and comfortable working with clients from boardrooms to regional job sites.
