Mr Tod Café & Catering is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café All Rounder to join our busy East Melbourne team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café setting, takes pride in exceptional customer service, and can work confidently within a small team while also being capable of working autonomously.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
Maintaining attractive and well-stocked food displays
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Assisting with daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
Supporting catering preparation when required

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting
Demonstrated coffee-making (barista) experience




Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current Food Handler Certificate
Current RSA Certificate
Reliable, well-presented and punctual
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
