About the Chance

In these leadership roles, you'll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a customer-focused retail team
Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
Coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential
Creating an engaging and positive store culture
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Managing store operations, compliance, and inventory processes
Supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and team development





What We're Looking For
Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
Strong coaching and people development skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead from the front and inspire others
Flexibility to work across retail trading hours
