The role combines supervision, safety management, customer service, and facility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising pool operations and ensuring a safe environment for patrons.Leading and supporting lifeguards and aquatic staff during shifts.Monitoring compliance with aquatic safety procedures and emergency response protocols.Conducting pool inspections, water quality checks, and maintaining operational standards.Responding to incidents, emergencies, and customer enquiries.Assisting with staff rostering, administration, cleaning,
