Permanent full time positionSalary of $80,000 to $110,000 + super, depending on experienceSalary review after 6 monthsUp to $1,500 professional development allowanceOne work from home day each week for reports and administrationDedicated administration team managing your diary and schedulingSupportive multidisciplinary team with the autonomy to run your own caseloadThe RoleYou'll be supporting a mixed NDIS caseload across Melbourne, providing services within clients' homes and the community.




Approximately 60% of referrals are adults, with the remainder paediatric clients.Your caseload will include:Communication assessments and interventionFunctional communication assessmentsAAC assessments and recommendationsComplex reports and funding recommendationsSwallowing and dysphagia assessment and management (highly regarded)Travel is required across Melbourne, with appointments located up to approximately 60 minutes from the CBD.About YouWe're looking for a Speech Pathologist who:Has at least 3 years' clinical experienceIs confident managing an NDIS caseload independentlyCan work autonomously with minimal supervisionIs proactive, resilient and organisedEnjoys building strong relationships with clients and families
