HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATOR - HORNSBY LOCATIONShift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Rate: $37Location: HornsbyAbout the RoleFMCG manufacturer specializing in personal care, home care, cosmetics, and consumer products.
Forklift Operators play a key role in supporting warehouse, production, and dispatch operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the facilityKey ResponsibilitiesOperate High Reach, Counterbalance, and other licensed forklift equipment safely and efficiently.Load and unload trucks, containers, and deliveries.Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.Put away stock and replenish pick locations as required.Conduct stock transfers and inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems.Pick and stage orders for dispatch.Ensure accurate pallet labelling and product identification.Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and report equipment issues.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all WHS, GMP, quality assurance,



and site procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties when required.RequirementsCurrent LF Forklift Licence (essential).
Experience operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Experience within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries is highly regarded.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is advantageousPreferredReliable and punctual.Safety-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and within a team.Versatile with shift requirements and overtime when required.Strong work ethic and commitment to quality standards.Duties IncludeReceiving inbound stock.Supplying production lines with raw materials and packaging.Removing finished goods from production.Pallet wrapping and staging for dispatch.
