ONScape PL, a Metal Fabrication company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer / Yard Hand to join our team in our Picton, NSW **** location.
This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.What you'll be doingAssisting with a variety of general labouring tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment, blasting and paintingMaintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the company's yard and storage areasProviding support to fabricators as neededEnsuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working orderAdhering to all safety protocols and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a labouring or yard hand role, ideally within the fabrication industryMinimum 1-2 years of previous labouring or yard hand experience is requiredExcellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasksAbility to perform heavy lifting of 25kg+ as part of manual labour requirementsA strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality workThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA valid driver's licence (desirable) and must have a forklift license.Australian work authorisation is required for this positionWhat we offerAt ONScape PL, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
