This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster for a 12 month duration.Key responsibilities:Lead execution of mechanical package scopes including structural, piping and associated worksManage contractor performance, engagement and complianceOversee QA processes, construction verification inspections and design complianceCoordinate procurement of materials, equipment and site resourcesDevelop and maintain project schedulesTrack costs,



manage forecasting and deliver financial reportingIdentify and manage project risks and opportunitiesSupport testing, commissioning and handover activitiesEnsure adherence to Rio Tinto safety standards and promote a strong safety cultureProvide KPI reporting and performance updatesSkills and experience:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering5–8+ years site based project execution experience in multi disciplinary environmentsProven experience in testing and commissioning activitiesStrong contract and contractor management capabilityPrevious experience in client-side project delivery rolesHigh-level communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityExcellent attention to detail and technical interpretation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiencyStrong personal integrity and commitment to safetyAbility to work both autonomously and within a high performing teamContractor delivery experience is highly regarded.
