The Supervisor will work closely with the Project Managers and site teams to coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity and maintain high standards across saftey, quality and performance.This is a hands-on site based role where you will be leading crews, managing plant and resources and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site operationsLead site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction on daily tasks and prioritiesPlan and sequence works to meet construction programs and productivity targetsManage plant, equipment and materials to support effective deliveryMonitor progress, track production and report outcomes to Project ManagersEnsure site safety, quality and environmental requirements are implemented and maintainedConduct daily pre-starts and toolbox talks as requiredManage site documentation including dockets, pre-starts and SWMSIdentify and resolve site issues promptly, escalating where requiredPromote a positive, safety focused and respectful site culture
