Description

Level 2 IT Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join the team at Acrotec.

You’ll work with a variety of clients across such industries as healthcare, skilled services and distribution, helping solve technical issues, deliver projects and provide exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and cloud environments
Managing tickets through to resolution
Assisting with project work and client onboarding
Building strong relationships with clients

What we’re looking for




2+ years’ experience in IT support, MSP experience preferred
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
Exposure to Azure, Intune and networking technologies is desirable
A positive attitude and a genuine focus on customer service
