Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

We are seeking qualified, experienced, passionate, and driven Butchers to join our Team of our expanding retail & wholesale meat outlet in Regional NSW. With a quality driven team working closely with farmers, producers, and artisan crafters, we select some of our region’s best ingredients to celebrate the abundance of beautiful produce regional NSW has to offer.

This role will require you to debone, cut, slice, mince, crumb & prepare a variety of protein products in accordance with set requirements and regulations. You will be required to work with other staff members to preparing products in a quick-paced environment, meeting deadlines, customer needs.

As an experienced Butcher you will need to have the following attributes:

Preferrable Qualifications
Butchery qualifications, HACCP Certification, Forklift licence.

Experience
At least 3 years Butchery experience
Experience in operating variety of equipment, Mincers, band saw, sausage filling machines & vacuum packaging
Proven experience working in the meat industry, boning and slicing rooms
Relevant experience in a similar role
