We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Cafe Team Member to join our growing café. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, meeting people and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a casual position with short shifts, making it ideal for someone looking for adaptable work.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Welcoming customers with friendly service
Taking food and drink orders
Using the POS system to process sales
Serving meals and beverages
Keeping dining areas clean and organised
Washing dishes and assisting with general kitchen duties
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
Supporting other team members during busy periods
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys customer service
Is dependable and arrives on time
Works well in a busy team setting
Is willing to learn and take initiative
Has hospitality or café experience (preferred but not required)
Has barista experience (an advantage, but full training is available)

Typical shifts of around 4 hours
Approximately 1–4 shifts each week, depending on business requirements
