The role requires you to;
Maintain product knowledge of all menu lists to confidently advise and recommend
Serve items with flair and professionalism, according to set standards
Attend to customer requests quickly and efficiently




Maintain a calm demeanor in a quick-paced environment
Maintain required level of cleanliness
Show initiative
Work closely with the Chef and operating team
Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards
Have a proven ability to connect with customers and anticipate guests needs
Have a willingness to learn
Have a fun and enthusiastic approach to customer service
Ensure food safety and OHS obligations are met

It is essential that you are an experienced waiter having worked in a fast-paced restaurant. You must also have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
