Pizza Delivery Driver / In-Store Team Member

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. This is more than just a delivery role, you’ll also be an significant part of our in-store operations. When deliveries are quiet, you’ll help with customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver pizzas and other orders safely and efficiently.
Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.
Answer phones and take customer orders.
Serve customers in-store.
Assist with pizza preparation and food preparation.
Pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Clean and maintain the kitchen, dining, and work areas.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Current Australian driver’s licence.
Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with current registration and insurance.




Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Willingness to assist with all aspects of in-store operations when not completing deliveries.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous hospitality or delivery experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided.

Pay & Benefits
Pay in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award, including applicable penalty rates and loadings.
