Role: General Labourer - Dandenong South, VIC

Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking physically fit and safety-conscious General Labourer to join a team in Dandenong South. This role involves manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and stacking. We're looking for candidates who are committed to working Monday to Friday and are seeking a long-term chance with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities
Safely lift and carry materials.
Follow workplace procedures to secure materials and prevent accidents.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to minimise trip hazards.
Report safety concerns or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Essential Requirements
Physical fitness: Ability to repetitively lift 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
Manual handling experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or labouring roles preferred.
Safety-first mindset:



Commitment to adhering to PPE requirements (e.g., steel-capped boots, gloves, high-vis clothing).
Teamwork: Robust communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to working Monday to Friday.

Safety & Compliance
Strict adherence to WorkSafe Victoria guidelines and Protected Work Method Statements (SWMS).
Participate in site-specific safety inductions and manual handling training.
