8 Cleaning Co. is looking for reliable and experienced residential cleaners to join our subcontractor network across Brisbane.

This is an ongoing subcontracting prospect where individual cleaning jobs are offered based on your availability, preferred service areas and client demand. You can accept or decline each job before it is confirmed.

Responsibilities

Cleaning duties may include:
Cleaning bathrooms, showers, toilets and vanities
Cleaning kitchens, benches, sinks and stovetops
Dusting surfaces, furniture and skirting boards
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning bedrooms and living areas
Completing one-off or recurring, general / deep residential cleans

The property address, cleaning scope and agreed flat-rate payment will be provided before each job is accepted.

Requirements

Applicants must:
Have residential cleaning experience
Have an active ABN
Hold current public liability insurance
Have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one before commencing
Provide their own cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop
Be reliable, punctual and responsive
Have solid attention to detail
Be able to work independently




Have reliable transport or be able to travel to client properties across Brisbane
Communicate professionally with clients and the 8 Cleaning Co. team

Payment and Work Arrangement

Payment is made at an agreed flat rate per completed job. Rates vary depending on the property size, cleaning scope, location and expected duration.

Jobs are offered individually based on availability and client demand. There are no guaranteed minimum hours or number of jobs.

Reliable subcontractors who consistently provide high-quality work may be offered regular and recurring clients.
