Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Packers to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great chance to learn packaging processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack finished footwear products into designated boxes and shipping cartons accurately and efficiently.
Apply appropriate labels, barcodes, and packaging materials according to product specifications.
Perform a final visual inspection on products to identify any defects or production issues before packing.
Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work setting.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
