We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated cleaning supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee cleaning staff, maintain our high-quality standards, ensure our clients receive exceptional service and help drive the continued growth of our business.

Key responsibilities:
Supervise and support staff across multiple job sites.
Conduct regular quality checks.
Train and onboard recent team members.
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
Communicate with clients and respond to any complaints.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.

About you:
Previous experience cleaning essential.




Must have full driver's license and own car.
Previous supervisor or team leader experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Police clearance (Or willingness to obtain one)
Full working rights in Australia.
