At Taste of Tuscany we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor. This is a hands on role.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise front-of-house
Serve customers during busy service periods
Train, motivate and support the team
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
Handle customer enquires professionally
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
Assist with opening and closing procedures

We are Looking for Someone Who Has
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Solid leadership and organisational abilities
A positive, energetic attitude
The ability to stay calm under pressure
Availability to work evenings and weekends
