Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this standalone HR Manager role offers the opportunity to shape the people agenda, influence business decisions and create a positive employee experience across the organisation.
You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for employees, and a key contributor to organisational success.
Shape the Future of People & Culture
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Coach and support managers across performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.
Manage remuneration reviews, bonus processes and talent development initiatives.
Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with employment legislation, Modern Awards, taxation and superannuation requirements.
Drive HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and reporting that support business growth and capability.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing outcomes and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You'll bring:
Experience in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations or a related discipline are desirable.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial,
engineering or technical environment will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR and payroll functions.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR best practice.
Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, performance and remuneration processes.
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems, with SuccessFactors and Xero highly desirable.
Robust Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
