Property Manager Opportunity – Grow Your Own Rent Roll
Ripe Property Noosa is a long-established boutique property management business with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base.
I am looking for an experienced Property Manager who is entrepreneurial and interested in more than just a salary.
This is a unique opportunity to grow your own rent roll within an established business on a profit-share basis.

Key responsibilities
Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, including tenant communications and relationship management
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to high standards and identify any maintenance or repair requirements
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers using TAPI
Handling tenant enquiries,



complaints and disputes professionally and in a timely manner
Advertising vacant properties, coordinating viewings and assisting with tenant screening and selection processes
Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property documentation, including tenancy agreements, inspection reports and maintenance records
Liaising with landlords to provide regular updates on property performance and financial statements
Managing end-of-tenancy processes in accordance with legal requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential property management or similar role within the real estate sector
Sound knowledge of residential tenancy laws, and property management best practices
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
Proficiency in property management software and relevant computer systems; Property Me and Inspection Express
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to handling tenant issues and maintenance concerns
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining property records and documentation
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for property inspections and viewings Petrol Card Provided
The ability to grow your own rent roll, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with a supportive team is also key.
