Harry the Hirer Productions is seeking an experienced, highly organised and solutions-focused Resource & Scheduling Manager to lead the coordination of our NSW production workforce.Working closely with our Operations Managers, Project Managers and production teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right people and resources are scheduled across our busy portfolio of events, exhibitions and live productions.This is a fast-paced and highly visible position suited to someone who enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges, building strong relationships and keeping multiple moving parts on track.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the scheduling and rostering of full-time, casual and contract production personnel across NSW events and exhibitionsCoordinate labour requirements with Operations Managers and Project ManagersRespond quickly and effectively to daily changes in crew requirements, availability and onsite schedulesMaintain accurate oversight of employee, casual and contractor availabilityForecast short-term and long-term labour requirements across upcoming projectsMonitor labour allocation against project budgets and operational requirementsIdentify potential resource shortages, scheduling conflicts and workforce risks before they affect deliveryBuild and maintain positive working relationships with crew, managers, clients and external partnersSupport interstate resource planning and rostering requirements across our Victorian and Queensland operationsContribute to the ongoing improvement of scheduling systems, workforce processes and operational efficiencyAbout YouYou will be a calm,



confident and highly organised professional who can balance the needs of our people, projects and clients.To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:Demonstrated experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, resource planning or production coordinationExperience managing complex schedules across multiple simultaneous projects or operational teamsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness, including experience forecasting labour and working within allocated budgetsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyThe ability to prioritise effectively in a changing, deadline-driven environmentConfidence working with scheduling systems, workforce management software and Microsoft OfficeA collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approachExperience within live events, exhibitions, production, logistics, construction, labour hire or another fast-paced operational environment would be highly regardedWhy Join Harry the Hirer Productions?
