This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong warehousing background who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced trade environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack and prepare customer orders from a large range of products, including small hardware items and structural steel.Receive,



sort and organise incoming stock.Assist customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and recommending suitable products.Provide advice on stock availability and expected delivery timeframes.Unload deliveries and safely move stock throughout the warehouse.Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organised.Deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting the warehouse and sales teams.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.Previous experience within hardware, industrial supplies, steel, trade centres or automotive/spare parts is highly regarded.Solid customer service and communication skills with confidence dealing with customers face-to-face.Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable business that offers stability, ongoing training and the chance to secure a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
