Electrician role for a new client based in Macquarie ParkBe part of a global business with exciting growth targets for ****Key role dedicated to a global client account.Culture of our team at CBRE GWS:With world leading Facilities Management Certification & Institute of Leadership and Management training programs, CBRE is uniquely placed to provide long term career progression for our people.Here's a snapshot of your day:This role will perform general electrical preventive maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across our client sites.As well as day to day maintenance support this role will work with the maintenance planner and the technicians to include the day-to-day planning, implementation, coordination and management of our technical resources including the development of service programs to support our client's requirements.Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and complete maintenance and repair recordsAssist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systemsReview assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Maintain lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.Respond quickly to emergency situations,



summoning additional assistance as needed.Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.Willing to perform general handyperson duties as neededThe Ideal CandidateExperience in repairs and Maintenance of electrical assets and systems ideally within the commercial sectorCritical environment experience would be advantageousExperience in Testing and Inspection of assets and systemsCurrent and valid Electrical Contractors LicenseRelevant and valid OH&S; cardsStrong understanding of AS ****Valid Driver's LicenseExperience in repairs and Maintenance of electrical assets and systems ideally within the commercial sectorCritical environment experience would be advantageousExperience in Testing and Inspection of assets and systemsCurrent and valid Electrical Contractors LicenseRelevant and valid OH&S; cardsStrong understanding of AS ****Valid Driver's LicenseJoining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
