Posted 14 Jul ****DescriptionWarehouse ManagerAlfresco Emporium is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team immediately in a permanent, full time role.This is a hands‐on leadership position, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and keeping a busy warehouse running smoothly in a fast‐paced retail environment.About the RoleYou will assist with supervising warehouse operations and delegating tasks to ensure orders, stock movements, and transfers are completed accurately and on time.Key responsibilities include:Allocating daily tasks including transfers, order fulfilment, container unloading, store trips, and ad‐hoc requestsPicking, packing, and overseeing dispatch of customer and store ordersConducting quality control checks on outgoing stockReceiving stock deliveries and unpacking containersCoordinating stock movements between the warehouse and retail storesCompleting stock counts and monitoring stock qualityTraining, supporting,



and motivating warehouse team membersSupervising seasonal and Christmas casual staffEnsuring safe work practices and WHS complianceRefining and improving warehouse processes for efficiencyManaging some warehouse emails and ensuring follow‐up on tasksCompleting end‐of‐day checks and maintaining a clean, organised warehouseAbout YouYou are practical, reliable, and confident leading a team while remaining hands‐on.You'll bring:Previous warehouse leadership or senior warehouse experiencePhysical fitness and ability to lift heavy boxes and furnitureHigh attention to detail and ability to multitaskClear communication and customer‐focused approachAbility to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environmentSolid understanding of WHS practicesA forklift licence would be well regardedWhy Join Alfresco Emporium?
