Residents enjoy spacious rooms, village‐style amenities such as café and hairdresser, and a strong sense of community connection.We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Parklands Aged Care, in a Full Time capacity.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents.
You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents' health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a quick-paced environment.What You Will Be DoingProvide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standardsConduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teamAdminister medications, treatments,
