Confident B2B field Sales Rep role in commercial cleaning, working out of our Revesby office.

The Role
You'll engage directly with commercial clients, using Urban Clean's proven sales systems to convert opportunities into long-term service agreements.
Success in this role comes from consistency, confidence, and the ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers.
You'll have autonomy in your day-to-day work, backed by strong systems and support.

$80,000 base salary + commissions + performance bonuses inclusive of super.

Experience & Requirements
Sales experience working to targets and KPIs (preferred)
Commercial cleaning industry experience (highly regarded)
Customer-facing or B2B sales experience (highly regarded)
Strong English communication skills
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Full Australian work rights
