Duties will include all aspects of General Practice nursing with a solid focus on Care Plans and Reviews, Health Assessments, Patient Education and Follow Up etc.What we're Looking For:You're a nurse with AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)You're experienced in GP Chronic Condition Management Plans and Health AssessmentsYou're passionate about patient careYou hold a current CPR certificate - although assistance can be offered here if it has recently expired.Remuneration will be based on experience.
