The White Lion Hotel is looking for an experienced and reliable hospitality worker who can perform supervisor duties when required.This hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment, provides excellent customer service and can confidently support and lead the team when needed.This position is a minimum 30 hours a week and can be full time for the right candidate.Key responsibilities include:Providing friendly and professional customer serviceWorking across daily bar and bistro operationsPerforming supervisor duties when requiredSupporting and guiding staff throughout each shiftAssisting with opening and closing proceduresHandling cash, tills and end-of-shift reconciliationMaintaining responsible service of alcohol and gaming practicesResponding professionally to customer enquiries and concernsEnsuring the venue remains clean,



safe and compliantAssisting with staff training and general venue operationsThe successful applicant will have:Experience supervising or leading a teamA current RSA certificateA current RSGStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to remain calm and make decisions in a busy environmentAvailability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidaysA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAn Approved Manager or RMLV qualification would be highly regarded.We offer a friendly and supportive workplace, a varied hands-on role and the opportunity to become an key part of the White Lion Hotel team.
