This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst supporting both our production and delivery operations.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our baked goods reach customers on time and in perfect condition, whilst also assisting with production tasks as required.
This position is instrumental in maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality service.What You Will DoOn the Road (approx. 50%): Safely drive and deliver goods to customers and and provide friendly customer service during drop-offs.On the Production Line (approx. 50%): Assist on the production line, handle materials, package finished goods, food handling, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.Key responsibilitiesOperate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport baked goods to customers throughout the Dubbo regionHandle and store baked goods appropriately to maintain product quality during transportSupport production team members with packaging, labelling, and preparation of products for deliveryMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both vehicles and production areasAdhere to all health, safety,



and food handling regulationsProven experience in local driving, multi-drop deliveries, or courier work.Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to (e.g., 15kg–20kg) safely.A strong work ethic and a willingness to help out on the factory floor when not driving.What we are looking forValid Australian driver's licence requiredClean driving record with no major traffic violationsExperience in delivery driving or a similar roleAbility to work early morning shifts, as production and delivery often commence earlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to product qualityGood communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorReliability and punctualityWhat's in It for You?
