monitoring production processes and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are confident working within a manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficientlyMonitor production processes to achieve daily output targetsAssemble products and associated componentsConduct quality inspections and identify product defectsAccurately complete production records and documentationFollow work instructions and standard operating proceduresAssist across multiple production areas when requiredPerform manual handling and repetitive production tasksMaintain a clean, organised and protected work environmentWork towards daily production, quality and safety targetsPromote and contribute to a positive safety-first culturePhysical RequirementsThis role is physically active and may involve:Standing for extended periodsRepetitive production tasksManual handling and occasional heavy liftingWorking in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMaintaining concentration on detailed production workWhat We're Looking ForEssentialPrevious manufacturing,
